This page summarizes how Loma Booking handles your information during the soft launch. The full policy is at withloma.com/privacy and governs.
Loma Booking is software and payment processing. It is not a talent agency, employment agency or manager. Loma doesn't procure engagements, negotiate, or act as an agent for creators; creators choose who to contact and send their own pitches.
Your handle, the platform you choose, your email, and the public posts and profile data on that account. If someone invited you, the invite code. For bookings, the details the business enters at checkout.
Read your public posts to suggest businesses that fit, draft pitches for you to edit and send, and email you your first five. We never ask for your password, and nothing goes out under your name unless you send it.
Email contact+booking@withloma.com and we delete your account and its data.
